He is a successful entrepreneur with exceptional humanistic approach, blessed with excellent analytical skills, strong fundamentals, and aggressive marketing strategies.

Being a mentor, he is responsible for strategic business planning and corporate social responsibility of the company. He has earned countless social and political admirations during his 20 years of active socio political life. Amit Kumar Bansal, Managing Director

Amit Bansal is a multi-facet entrepreneur who holds over 12 years of rich experience in management and entrepreneurship.With his foresight and vision to manufacture highest quality healthcare solutions, Theon has always focused on high ethical standards and achieved success.

He brings to Theon a deep understanding of Pharma industry, business sense, and most importantly, an unquenchable ambition for growth. Known for his sharp business acumen, he focuses on the overall strategy, expanding production capacities and exponential growth of the company in domestic and international market with ethical standards and obligation to do right and fair.

He is an alumnus of Delhi Public School, Mathura road, Delhi and acquired a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Hans Raj College, Delhi University and post graduate diploma in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad. He is a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful personality with a proven ability to maximize company’s growth and efficiency.

Punit Bansal, Director – Finance

Punit Bansal is a young, enthusiastic and dynamic personality with 8 years of excellent corporate exposure. He is the youngest Chartered Accountant in his batch with CISA Certification, MBA degree from ICFAI and a commerce graduate (with honors’). In his early career, working with KPMG gave him great insights about the corporate industry and understanding about the complexities of the global market. With acumen of knowledge and strong financial background, he oversees all financial aspects of the company strategy and advises on the best path of growth for the company. His strong orientation in finance, operations and experienced based judgment helps him overcome complex business challenges and make high-stake decisions effectively. He relishes new and dynamic challenges and his leadership skills and extensive experiences have been instrumental in raising the company to new heights. Anshul Bansal, Director – Purchase

Anshul Bansal, is a dynamic, highly motivated and a enthusiastic entrepreneur with extensive knowledge on Bulk Drugs and their intermediaries. At Theon Pharmaceuticals, he is centrally involved in purchase of bulk drugs, APIs for pharmaceuticals formulations to be manufactured for domestic and international market. His extra ordinary negotiating skills and keen insight to quality parameters and prospective investment benefits in APIs adds to his area of expertise. His entrepreneurial persona, excellent practical understanding with administrative niche ensures smooth planning in the organization.

Mukesh Bansal, Director

Mukesh Bansal is an energetic and dedicated entrepreneur with vast industry experience, excellent analytical skills and is successfully running various enterprises He is a commerce graduate with vast industry experience, strong network and hands on experience in handling with government officials. At Theon Pharmaceuticals, he independently handles Liasoning process and holds innumerable feathers in his cap accredited by virtue of private, semi government and government liasoning.
